BF: 我們同意這一項，但是現在的問題是我們尚沒有建筑師繪圖信息、足夠的監測與評價信息以及用以完成我們100%的ID建設繪圖的證明（之前我們已經請求過3次，這是第4次）。雖然為了繼續我們的工作，你們從建筑師那里得到了繪圖的恰當意圖，因為目前這完全是我們對于繪圖的ID假設，這就是我們在該二層內預留出部分區域的原因。 并且為了按照董事長指定的日期按期完工，我們需要立即獲取所有信息，對施工圖不可能再等待更長的時間。
1.       對于一層入口門廳和門，我們需要建筑師的繪圖（CAD格式）。請參見我們之前在2010年04月19日發出的請求電子郵件。
2.       二層的整個樓層尚等待完工，我們需要建筑師的繪圖（CAD格式）。按照之前與項目組協定的ID布局，為了確定平面圖與正面圖的關系的建筑師是正確的（最近的繪圖全是錯誤的）。請參見我們之前在2010年04月19日發出的請求電子郵件。
 3.       我們需要從制造商那里獲取電梯轎廂的繪圖（CAD格式）。請參見我們之前在2010年04月19日發出的請求電子郵件。

4.       來自專家的餐具室設計圖（CAD格式）以及所有設備設備的信息。請參見我們之前在2010年04月19日發出的請求電子郵件。
5.       關于我們在2010年05月20日和2010年04月22日的電子郵件中提出的證明請求，我們需要你們的認可證明以按照我們在那兩封電子郵件中的解釋重新安置這兩個電梯轎廂。請再次仔細核對我們那兩封電子郵件。
6.       請注意我們在繪圖和說明書中注解的ID實物模型請求。參見我們在下面第7條中給出的詳細解釋。
7.       機械及電氣、戶口以及消防服務尚沒有足夠的信息，并且仍然沒有與我們的設計意圖相吻合，因此我們建議與所有的咨詢顧問和工作組舉行一次面對面的協調會議。該協調也需要所有咨詢顧問討論所有的待解決信息，例如二層的電梯轎廂、餐具室設備尺寸以及餐具室制造專家。與此能夠同步進行的是，審查下面提到的所有實物模型，只需要保證承包商提前并適當地準備好所有的實物模型即可。請參見我們之前在2010年04月19日發出的關于請求召開會議的電子郵件。
    對于“貴賓俱樂部-六層”同樣的議題，我們的同事“Poom”也將需要召開一次面對面的協調會議，會議日期與Richard在2010年04月16日的電子郵件中提到的日期相同。
 PS: 請務必確定所有這些請求信息被一次性地提出。為了按照董事長指定的日期將每一件事與說明文件100%完全對應起來，有必要一次性提出。

 BF: 當然沒有問題，我們愿意提醒工作組關于我們的ID實物模型的請求，該請求見繪圖和說明書。對于我們在這家餐廳中所擁有的大量的房間和復制品，我們確實需要這個用以審查和現場評論，以此確保每一件事情都能按照我們的設計意圖執行（根據我們在相同案例的很多工程中的經驗，這確實是具有決定意義的）。參照以上我們有關實物模型現場審查的計劃。

             　
 BF: 按照我們之前在2010年05月20日的電子郵件的信息，我們已經在2010年05月31日提出了我們的施工文件（我們提出了我們所能提出的信息，不包括待解決區域以及丟失信息）。沒有以上請求信息，我們確實不能完成施工文件中100%的內容或者是繼續待解決的項目。當我們按照錯誤的文件開始建設ID裝備時，這將在現場產生很大的問題。

     我們對于“建筑物 B”的原始計劃目標是2010年06月11日提出提出計劃并遵循（同樣是TBC日期）所有的高度、門一覽表及細節、任何新的說明、任何新的細節（“建筑物 B”與“建筑物 A”大部分的細節文件相同，因為我們想保持我們的設計一致）。我們將只在與“建筑物 A”不同的文件中或者其附加文件中提出這些新的細節和說明，因此請密切注意這一點。

     對于照明咨詢文件，“Lai Kuen(PLD)”將再一次通知每一個人有關建筑物A和B發布的原始日期。

 
BF: 注意，我們在05月20日得到回復并給出了我們的評論，因此請您再次核對電子郵件。我們也將在今天按照您的審查意見提出改進后的設計及其透視圖。

                Please find attached our revised layout plan (2 layouts to show open or close operable wall at VIP Dining room). Also we attached full rendering perspective and our testing sketch perspective of this revision layout for your review (look back on same hall design in opposite view, testing sketch is only for our design double check so it’s not full rendering). The conceptual still maintain as our explanation on email 01.05.10.

                 Thank you for your email, we had look through Chairman’s comments so please find our reply item by item below. Please let us know if you have any further comment, thank you.

1.       Noted for additional pillars, we will revise our drawing accordingly.
2.1   Noted, we will design 4-6 pax table (which can be combine to big table for banquet occasion). Also limited Medium size table (12 pax) to the back area.
2.2   We will need more explanation & information of this “Ambry for food preparation” because location1 is in middle of the space so it will block flow and limited table & seat count.
3.1  We can expand the area as your instruction. However the front orientation, entrance vestibule, table layout and restroom layout will need to be improve. So we will working on all your comments and send back to you ASAP.
3.2  Banquet hall is big enough or not? Actually it’s depend on seat count and also size of table. The expansion will help to increase that but not much. You can compare from the first presentation (no expansion area) and the next revision we will send you (add expansion area).
4. Noted for Option 1A. Ladies restroom’s door sightline should not be problem here because we already provided vestibule for both M/F. Plus there is nice set of console behind this entry door so sightline won’t be direct inside anyway. However this restrooms layout will need to modify according to expansion area requested.
5. Thank you for show kitchen photo. However we will need kitchen layout and design (they need to treat as Show kitchen with Front of house material, can be advise by us once we have all functional layout, elevation & info). Also we need to start dialog with this Kitchen designer as well.
6.1 No problem, we can combine VIP 1 and VIP 2 to be only one big room.
6.2 Expand restroom in Grid 5/C (location 6.2) to accommodate combined VIP rooms as your requested. So we will have 2 unisex restrooms here.
6.3 Eliminate restroom on Grid F/3-4 (location 6.3).
 6.4   Noted to maintain optional entry from either VIP area or Banquet hall.

                One last thing, we would like to check with you about “Double Operable Wall” suggested in presentation email sent on Saturday, May 01, 2010 (can refer Green text below). It will happen on Grid 6/C-G both side of column (only 1 location now). Please kindly let us know your thought.
 -       There is the possibility to allow a double operable wall condition in both operable wall locations to ensure better acoustic properties considering the VIP nature of the PDR’s. A function in the main hall could be loud. (A few years ago, we have done this double wall (with internal cavity between) in a VIP situation which worked out well)
