 在裝運時，要特別注意配電盤及控制面板的包裝以防潮氣進入。除非工程師另行同意，一般保護措施應包括將設備裝入一個0.13毫米厚密封的聚乙烯袋及硅膠或其他經批準的空氣干燥器內，并將多余的空氣抽出，使得聚乙烯袋能夠緊貼裝置的外部輪廓。

電動電機（或類似設備）運輸時，電機應上鎖以防軸承在運輸過程中因震動受損。

管路包裝的設計旨在避免任何表面凹陷或者圓度受損。

所有的包裝都應該使用識別編號清楚而顯著地標記。標記內容應包含雇主參考號以及承包商的標記。

2.20.2運輸

 承包商應負責將設備運抵施工現場，包括其操作及保管。在某些特定情況下，設備的運輸還包括以下任何一項或全部，但不限于此：

通過海運，陸運或空運的方式裝載并運送設備，包括保險。

 負責設備在柬埔寨港口或鐵路或機場服務站入口處的相關費用，包括港口費、碼頭費、逾期費、中轉存儲費、終點裝卸費、施工現場的再裝載轉運費。

將設備運輸至施工現場，卸載并臨時儲存至倉庫或使用遮蓋放置，直到工程要求安裝。

 承包商應盡可能在港口或者航空或鐵路終端詳細檢查設備，再運達施工現場。承包商一旦發現設備在運輸時受損或被破壞，應立即通知工程師，由其檢查設備并給出更換或維修的指令。

 承包商應在施工現場準備一個臨時的存儲區域。現場安排及存儲條件都必須經工程師審批。工程師將隨時檢查承包商準備的臨時存儲區域。沒有正確存放，受損的或者被腐蝕的物品將被做上標記，且由承包商負責起更換的費用。承包商在運輸付款過程結束后，仍應對設備的存儲全權負責。

工程師認為不合格的設備都必須立即移除，并由承包商負責更換。

2.20.3Storage 存儲

 承包商應根據制造商的建議為所有設備提供安全，合適的存儲地點，設備存儲要考慮溫度、雨水、陽光，風及地面條件等。

存儲的設備由承包商規劃放置，方便其在日后根據項目的需要重新使用。

支架上堆放的設備應防止因隔板所造成的損壞，并安全擺放。金屬制品不得直接堆放在地上。

小物品可直接放入合適的大儲藏箱，盒子或抽屜內，用標簽清楚標記。

小心處理并存儲設備以便其不受過度應力的擠壓，保護其包裝不被損壞。

承包商對于吊索，鏈條及掛鉤的使用與放置應符合制造商的包裝及設備標記的要求。

承包商應有一本庫存帳，有需要時可對存儲物進行查詢，評判。

 入口處僅限于存放原水主輸送管道所需的管道， PPWSA（金邊供水管理局）將在水處理廠內劃出一塊回填區域作為管道儲存之用。承包商應負責圍欄以及存儲區的準備工作，包括進入該區域的通道。

2.21性能擔保

 承包商應擔保每臺設備都能具備令人，設備的整體性能良好能夠生產出指定質量的原水，并達到泵送及運輸的要求。

承包商還應擔保項目清單所列的各項細節情況屬實。

如果所擔保的性能未達成，承包商有必要對設備做出修改或更換以達到理想的性能。

2.22拍照

 承包商應在工程開始之前現場安排照相，隨后根據工程師代表的要求提供JPEG格式的文件。承包商應承諾在未經雇主允許的情況下，不得將任何文件或打印文件做其他用途使用。承包商還應保證現場不得出現未經授權的攝影師。

Shipment Specification

2.20.2 Transportation

 Contractor shall be responsible for equipment in the port or airport or railway station at the entrance of relevant expenses, including port charge, dock fee, demurrage, transit storage fee, terminal handling charge, then load transfer cost of the construction site.

 To transport equipment to the construction site, unloading and temporary storage to warehouse or use hiding place, until the installation engineering requirements.

 Contractor shall, as far as possible in the port or air or rail terminal inspection equipment in detail, then transport to the construction site. The contractor once found equipment damaged or destroyed during transport, immediate notice must be given to the engineer, by him to inspect the equipment and give replacement or repair instructions.

 Contractor shall at the construction site to prepare a temporary storage area. The arrangement and storage conditions must be approved by the engineer. Engineers will check the contractor temporary storage area. No stored properly, damaged or corroded items will be marked, and the contractor is responsible for the replacement cost. 2.20.3 Storage

Contractor shall provide a safe, proper storage location, equipment storage to consider the temperature, rain, sunshine, and wind and ground conditions according to the manufacturer's recommendations for all equipment.

 Storage equipment shall be arranged by contractors planning place, convenient and according to the project need to use in the future.

2.22 Taking photos

Contractor shall arrange photo before the start of the project site, then according to the requirement of the engineer's representative to provide JPEG files. Contractor shall promise without the permission of the employer, shall not be any file or print documents for other purposes. Contractor shall also ensure that the site may not appear unauthorized photographer.
