在安裝完成之后，承包商將安裝投入運行，并且使設備在滿負荷條件下連續運行4 周。雇主提供必要的操作人員，在承包商的指示下進行正確的施工作業和整個設備的運行操作。買主提供電源和水源。
如果設備的性能在不少于一周通過連續運行時期，一直到4 周試運轉結束，產生的原水和壓力遵循說明，并且輔助設備運轉無故障， 工程師接受設備并且發行一份暫時的證明書。不影響設備操作的較小缺陷不耽誤這樣的影響證明書的發行，但承包商必須在接到工程師的書面通知后盡快彌補缺陷。
在第2保證試驗的成功之后，發行完工的最后證明書，在保證書發行的第一個季節后的一個干燥或者多雨的季節的中間期間處理測試。
在擔保維護的時期，承包商負責保持全部安裝零部件在連續的正常運轉狀態的性能。任何有缺陷或者無效的組成部分要求在最短的時間內進行修理或者替換。
在12個月時間的維修末期，工程師要求檢查設備。如果設備的性能滿足說明要求，發行一份最后證明書。如果任何設備的性能沒有達到要求，項目維護期延長。
下列時間表為合同最后驗收時提供。包括合同的技術規格說明和條件。
a.從開始日期到   月28日：施工和安裝階段包括管道試驗，結構防水試驗以及和管道和結構(如果有的話)的消毒。水和化學制品(如果有的話)的供應安置承包商的比率，價格包括在日程表里
b.原水生產(土木工程，E&M的安裝)必要的結構驗收。原水生產系統的灌溉。用手控方式起動操作： 在開始日期之后的  月28
c.在停車限制時期的 部分電容進行調整和檢查缺陷的操作。器械操作和SCADA操作。在該時期，在儀器和機器上進行部分試驗。雇主提供生產電源： 從  月28到  月30。
d.設備以設計能力運行，用只較小完工部分進行操作，完成日期和發行完成證明書： 月30
e.如果設備不能以設計能力操作，開始應用確定損失額： 月30
f. 設備暫時接管： 月30
g. 承包商協助設備操作： 從 月30到月31。
h.雇主的暫時接管（僅限于雇主）： 月31
i.實際完成，全部投產和進行第1次綜合試驗保證良好的符合性： 在月32之前
j.在第1次綜合試驗成功之后發放5%的留存款項： 在月32之前
k.如果第1次綜合試驗成功并保證良好的符合性，發布LWL或者HWL的最后驗收合格證： 在月32之前
l.承包商(包括施工和費用總值)提供完工陳述文件： 在月33之前
m.在較高或者較低液位進行符合性從測試： 月A
n.缺陷責任時期： 從月A到月+ 12。
o.雇主最后接管： 月+ 12

1.1 Commissioning and acceptance
After installation is complete, contractor shall arrange the relevant operation, and make the equipment continuous operation at full load under the condition of 4 weeks. Employers shall provide necessary operation personnel, under the instructions of contractor to correct construction and operation of the entire equipment. Buyer shall provide the power and water.
If the performance of the equipment in no less than a week, through continuous operation period till the end of four weeks test run, the raw water and the pressure to follow the instructions, and auxiliary equipment failure-free operation, engineer accepts equipment and issue a certificate of temporary.
