以下采樣點對于電解槽的可靠安全運行非常重要。
5.4.1進料側鹽水供給中的溶液硬度(鈣和鎂)、溶液液面和溶液濃度
即在共同酸化點后,共同電解車間進料側鹽水供給需要的常規樣品。硬度分析避免離子膜損害,可以通過連續分析器完成,但抽樣過程中仍舊推薦進一步確定分析器的校準。鹽水濃度檢測也需要用到樣品。
在共同酸化點后,在通往單個電解槽的進料側鹽水管道中也需要采樣點。該樣品應用于診斷研究,而非常規分析。
5.4.2電解槽淡鹽水的鹽水濃度和分析
來自單個電解槽的樣品應用于鹽水濃度檢測,鹽水電流效度計算分析和酸堿度分析(如果廢液中含深度酸化鹽水)
來自每個電解槽出料側總管的樣品用于同種測量。
電解車間酸化前的淡鹽水總管也需要采樣點。
5.4.3進入電解車間的堿液中的堿液濃度
補水后,電解車間的共同進料需要對堿液進行采樣點,來測定鐵元素和堿液中其他不純的濃度
5.4.4 電解槽排出堿液的濃度
在共同電解車間堿液排出管中需要采用,保護在可接受范圍外的情況中保護離子膜,可以通過連續分析器進行采樣點,但采樣點過程中仍舊推薦進一步確認分析器的校準。
每個電解槽也要求個體采樣點。
5.4.5 氯氣氣體組分
每個電解槽排出管和共同電解車間的氣體總管(在陽極電解槽通氣接頭之前)中都需要采樣點,樣品用于氯氣氣體分析、檢測氯氣中的含氫量以及電流效度計算。
5.4.6 氫氣氣體樣品
每個電解槽排出管和共同電解車間的氣體總管中需要采樣點,確定系統已被有效凈化。
5.4 Essential Sample Points
It is essential for reliable and safe operation of the Electrolysers that the following sample points are installed.
5.4.1 High hardness (Ca and Mg) level and strength in feed brine supply
Routine sample needed of common cellroom feed brine supply, after common acidification point. Hardness analysis protects against membrane damage. Can be done with continuous analyser although sampling is still recommended to confirm analyser calibrations. Sample also needed for brine strength checks.
Sample point also needed in feed brine lines to individual Electrolysers, after acidification and heaters. This sample is required for diagnostic studies but not routine analysis.
5.4.2 Brine strength and analysis in depleted brine from Electrolysers
Sample from every individual electrolyser needed for brine strength checks, brine analysis for current efficiency calculation, and for pH (if running with deeply acidified brine).
Sample from every Electrolyser exit header needed for same measurements.
Sample point also needed in cellroom depleted brine header before acidification.
5.4.3 Caustic strength in caustic to cellroom
Caustic sample point needed, in common feed to Cellroom, after water addition. This is for measuring Fe and other impurity levels in the caustic.
5.4.4 Caustic strength from Electrolysers
Sample needed from common Cellroom caustic exit header. Protects membrane from conditions outside acceptable range. Can be done with continuous analyser although sampling is still recommended to confirm analyser calibrations.
Individual sample points also required for each Electrolyser.
5.4.5 Chlorine gas composition
Sample point needed on every Electrolyser exit header and in common cellroom gas header (before anolyte tank vent connection). Sample used for chlorine gas analysis, to detect hydrogen in chlorine and for current efficiency calculations.
5.4.6 Hydrogen gas sample
Sample point(s) needed in every Electrolyser exit header and in common cellroom gas header to prove system has been purged effectively.
