4、 大型建筑參與施工的專業工種多，應對整個工程的施工進度做好統籌規劃，與土建總包單位及其他專業隊伍配合好，并應認真做好各種預留、預埋工作，同時還應會同建設單位、監理單位，加強對現場的管理和調度。
4.  Since there are many types of work involved in the large construction, the overall planning should be well made towards the construction progress of the whole project, and the cooperation should be well executed with the general contractor of civil works and other professional teams. Besides, all kinds of work concerning reservation and embedded parts should be done carefully, meanwhile, together with the construction unit and supervising unit, the site management and dispatching should be strengthened.
5、 本工程在開發區，因而在施工中必須做好環境保護、噪音和粉塵控制等文明施工，確保周圍居民的休息、生活及工作不受影響。

初步確定總工期為60日歷天,開工日期2007年12月20日，以丙方/監理實際開工指令為準,竣工日期2008年2月20日,以丙方實際進度計劃為準。計算工期包括所有法定假期和星期六、日以及天氣惡劣的日子。
The total project duration is preliminarily determined to be 60 calendar days. The commencement date is December 20th, 2007, subject to the direction of actual commencement sent by Party C/ the supervising party; the completion date is February 20th, 2008, subject to the actual progress schedule of Party C. The project duration should be calculated including official holidays, Saturdays, Sundays and days with bad weather.
五、 文明、安全目標
V、   Objectives for Civilized and Safe Construction
杜絕重大傷亡和火災事故，杜絕重大設備和交通事故，達到業主、總包管理要求，實現北京市安全文明工地。
Serious casualties, fire accidents, accidents about major equipment and traffic accidents must be avoided to meet the requirements on management proposed by the proprietor and the general contractor and become the construction site for civilization and safety in Beijing. 
六、 工程難點
VI、  Tough Points in the Project
1、 施工現場地域較小，臨時周轉場地需要合理利用。
1.  The area of the construction site is relatively small, and the site for temporary use needs to be utilized in a proper way.
2、 設備體形較大，地下空間有限，吊裝難度較大。
 2.  Due to the large-size equipment and limited underground space, it is rather difficult for hoisting.
