四、 安全使用維護說明

機器在接通電源之前，請你先閱讀下列說明：

安全說明
Safe instruction
1. 除遵照本說明外還應嚴格執行GB3883.7《手持式電動工具的管理、使用、檢查和維修安全檢查技術規格》的有關規定。
1.   It is required to observe this instruction manual as well as the relevant regulation of GB 3883.7 “Technology Specification of Safety Inspection of Management, Application, Checking and Maintenance of Handhold Power tool”.
2. 場地必須整潔，操作場地也必須整潔；照明充分，腳下亂堆東西是比較危險的。
2.  The working site shall be neat, as well as the operating field; Sufficient Illumination; cluttered or scattered thing around shall be dangerous;
3. 操作者應穿合適的服裝，不戴紗手套，不穿寬大的衣服等，以免卷入機器的旋轉部分。戶外操作時建議穿絕緣鞋。
3.  The operator shall wear the appropriate clothing; do not wear the gauze glove and spacious clothes, etc.; so as to prevent possible personal injuries caused by being caught in the rotating part of machine. It is suggested to ware insulation shoes for outdoors operation.
4. 操作時思想集中，使身體保持平衡兩手握緊手柄，避免在開槽作業時機器跳動，影響工作效果。
4.    Centralized in case of operation; maintain the balance of your body and hold the handle by two hands, so as to prevent the possible machine jumping during the notching work and affect the operation effect.
5. 勿讓他人接近，除與作業不關的人員外，其他人不要接近作業現場。
5.   Do not let other people approached; unauthorized access is not permitted on the working site;
6. 固定工作，如在可動工作上開槽，則工具必須固定。
6.   As for the fixed work, if is it applicable to apply for nothing on the movable parts the tool shall be fixed.
7. 避免電線及水、油，在裝設有電線的場所，開槽時切勿有損電線，并避免水、油進入電機、開關等電器部分。
7.   Avoid implementing the operation on the site arranged with wire cable, water and oil surface. Do not damage the wire cable and avoid water and oil entering into electric appliances of electrical machinery and switch.
8. 禁止使用的場所，在特殊環境如濕熱、雨雪以及爆炸性或腐蝕性氣體的場所不能使用。
8.   The prohibition application area: it is prohibited to use in special environment of moist heat, snowy, explosive or erotic gas area.
9. 正確使用插頭，不得任意調換插頭，也不能不用插頭而將裸導線直接插入插座內。
9.    Correctly Use the plug; do not exchange the plug; do not insert the plug that directly connected with the bare conductor in socket.
10. 勿濫用電源線，不得將電源線任意接長或調換，不能拉著電源線提拿機器，不能使電源線與電源、油接觸并隨時防止電源線擦破、割破和扎壞等現象。
10.   Do not connect the power cord at will; it is prohibited to wilfully joint or change the length power cord; do not carry the unit be pulling the power cord; do not contact the power cord with the power source and oil for preventing the phenomena of the damages of cable abrasion, shears breaks.
11. 及時拔下插頭，機器不用或調換刀具及零件時，應及時拔下插頭，避免觸電。
11.  To disconnect the plug promptly; disconnect the pug in case of the machine is idle or exchanging the cutting tool and components, so as to prevent an electric shock.
五、維護保養
5. Maintenance
警告！按時加油脂，機器累計工作時間約50小時加脂一次，每次在汽缸油腔內加50克，油脂選用20號航空潤滑脂或廠家指定油脂。
Warning! Feeding the grease at a regular interval; implement the grease feeding procedure every approximately 50 hours of accumulated running hours of ; feed 50 grams grease in the cylinder each time; the grease selects 20 aircraft greases or the grease assigned by the manufacturer.
（1） 開蓋模式
(1) Flip open mode
用專用扳手打開油蓋，按照圖示方向打開（圖1）
Open the cylinder cover with the special-purpose spanner; it is required to operate as the shown in the drawing (chart 1);
（2） 旋緊模式
(2) Tighten mode
用專用扳手蓋緊油蓋，按照圖示方向旋緊（圖2）
Tighten the cylinder cover with the special-purpose spanner; it is required to operate as the shown in the drawing (chart 2)
1. 清洗零件，機器使用一定時間后，由于灰塵等雜物卡住沖擊活塞，造成不沖擊及其它故障，這時一般只需將機械部分拆下，把各零件清洗干凈，加上新脂約50克即可。
1.  Clean the components; after the machine had been used for a certain time, sundry as dust may block catch the piston, which may cause the impacting failure and the other malfunction. In this case, it is required to dismantle the machine part, clean the components and feed 50 grams grease.
2. 經常檢查維修，工具應經常檢查維修，須檢查外殼特別是手柄處有否裂紋，電源線、插頭，開關是否良好，絕緣電阻是否正常，機械零件是否有損壞等。
2.  Implement the routine maintenance; the tools shall frequently be checked and maintained; it is required to check the outer covering, specially whether or not the handle place has crack; whether or not the power line, plug and switch is in a good condition; whether or not the dielectric resistance is normal, and whether or not the machine parts have damage, etc.
3. 在拆檢工具時應保存好每個零件。包括絕緣護墊及套管等，如有損壞必須調換上新的相同零件，裝配時應將所有零件按原先位置裝好，不能遺漏。
3.  It is require to keep each components of the tool in dismantling the tools, including the insulating sheath and bushing, etc.; replace the same components when it was damaged; all components shall be installed to the original position in assembling proce3ss and shall not be missed.
4. 注意保存，機器應保存在干燥、清潔和沒有腐蝕性氣體的環境中。
4.   Carefully preserve the machine; the machine shall be preserved in dry, clean and no corrosive gas environment.
6.  防止過載，使用的刀具必須鋒利，開槽時不宜用力過猛、凡轉速異常降低時，立即減少用力、機器因故突然剎停或卡鉆時，必須立即切斷電源。
6.  Prevent the overload; the used cutting tool shall be sharp; it shall not exert too much force while notching; immediately reduce the notching force while the rotational speed exceptionally reduced; immediately shut down the machine in case of sudden brake or jam;
7.  調換電刷，電刷磨損到一定限度時，應調換電刷（二只電應同時調換）
7.  Replace the electronic brush; when the electronics brush is worn to a certain degree, it is required to replace the electronics brush (two pairs of electronic brush shall be replaced at the same time);
8. 在下列情況下不得使用，在使用過程中如發現絕緣損壞。電源或電纜護套破裂，插頭、插座開裂或接觸不良以及斷續運轉，或嚴重火花等故障時，應立即進行修理，在未修復之前不得使用。
8.  It is prohibited to apply in the following situation: discover the insulation damage in application process; the broken of power source, cable sheath and plug or plug dehiscence and bad contacting as well as intermittent working, or serious sparking, etc.,  the unit shall be repaired immediately; it is prohibited to use before repairing.
9. 經常保持工具清潔，機器的通風道必須保持清潔暢通，并防止雜物入內。使用后應立即進行整修，使工具以常保持清潔和在最良好的狀態。
 9.  Maintains the cleanness of the tools at a regular interval; maintain the cleanness of passage and keep it clear for preventing the sundries. It is required to carry out the renovation immediately after using, so as to make the tool to maintain a clean status and keep the best condition.
