遮雨板防水測試翻譯-中英對照
在要求完全防水的各處都需要裝遮雨板。其鋼板的厚度應當不小于0.7毫米。套筒帶的周長應當在15厘米到25厘米之間。
在壁板、屋頂以及內墻的管道的穿插、套接、開口等應當在投標人的設計圖中展示出來,且應當合理設計,達到防風、防雨、防塵的效果。
天窗
天窗應當符合在一般技術規范的“金屬薄板”和“金屬薄板涂層”兩部分中提到的要求。其所用到的材料、扣件以及涂層應當與技術規范中所規定的壁板材料的規格相同。
4.4.3.23.9 裝配
轉配應當嚴格按照廠家的程序步驟來。金屬和鋁應當時刻分開以避免發生電鍍反應。
4.4.3.23.10 在裝配過程中隔熱材料的保護
對于所有隔熱的構筑,在裝配過程中保護其免受風吹日曬等天氣的變化損害,減少隔熱材料吸水或者吸收其他潮濕的東西。
4.4.3.23.11 壁板、屋頂和內墻的清潔
壁板、金屬屋頂和內墻的所有暴露在外的部分應當無標記、無灰塵、無污漬、無裂縫、無變色等。其在安裝的時候管道至少應當是干燥的。
壁板、金屬屋頂和內墻的所有暴露在外的部分,在業主驗收前其外觀首先應當令人滿意。
4.4.3.23.12 外觀存在缺陷的補救方法
外觀的缺陷包括缺口、抓痕、擦傷、凹陷、涂寫(handing)、erection、風化等。投標人對此的補救方法如下:
在原來的涂層上再次涂上一層或者多層相同材質的有機瓷釉進行修葺。修葺部分的厚度、外觀和色彩應當與原先的吻合。若修葺部分無法令業主滿意,則應當更換損壞的薄板或者零件。
4.4.3.23.13 檢查與檢測
除非另有規定,投標人應當負責本規范中提到的所有檢查和檢測。業主在檢查或者檢測過程中,可以到投標人的工廠或者施工地點察看投標人的工作進度。
涂層檢測
屋頂和墻面的外鋼板涂層應當符合下列標準,且試驗結果應當由中立的檢測機構證明,由其認可。
以下的各個檢測結果均應當提交給雇主,與以下要求進行核對。
色彩的變化和防止退色的性能
一個至少有兩個直接切下來的邊緣的樣本,經過至少60天的加速耐候性試驗和/或200.000蘭利的紫外線照射無破裂,起皮、起泡或脫落。最大的色彩變化,包括外部的污垢、塵土堆積,應當不超過每單位2nbs。
磨損——涂層的耐久性檢測
該試驗中采用扁平試樣。檢測主要是依據ASTM的D-968-51()的試驗標準進行的,其中指出,末端最先顯示的是基底金屬。在這個檢測中,涂層在顯露極地金屬之前應需要能夠經受至少200次粗沙的摩擦。
涂層整體性檢測
根據ASTM B-117-64號的試驗標準,樣本至少需要在鹽霧試驗中經過1000個小時,還包括掛擦試驗。從試驗環境中移出來時,樣本應當沒有任何破裂、駁皮、起泡或者脫落。
耐污檢測
沒有任何保護邊緣的扁平試樣,將在克氏試驗中循環30個周期,要求樣本沒有任何破裂、駁皮、起泡或者脫落的現象出現。克氏試驗是首先將樣品暴露在40攝氏度的溫度下8小時,樣品會被放置在相對潮濕的SO2和CO2氣體環境中,兩種污染氣體的濃度根據克氏試驗的DIN50018號測試標準規定。隨后又是16個小時的干燥時間,這才完成一次克氏試驗的循環周期。
耐濕性測試
根據ASTM的D-2247-68號試驗標準,樣品要在華氏100度的溫度下放置1000個小時,要求樣本沒有任何破裂、駁皮、起泡或者脫落的現象出現。
鏡面光潔度測試
根據ASTM的D-2247-68號試驗標準,一個平面樣本會在60華氏度的溫度下進行測試,等級會在10到15之間。
漆膜硬度檢測(ASTM第D3363號標準),應當至少能夠經受住F鉛筆的推劃。
人工老化試驗(ASTM第G23號標準),在陽光射線下暴曬5000個小時,在8號的每次ASTM第D659試驗的時候沒有脫落現象,且每經過一次STM D224的試驗退色不會超過5nbs,在凝露循環試驗下循環60/60個周期。
可延展性測試(ASTM第D1737號標準):能夠經受1T到2T的彎曲。
光滑度測試(ASTM第523號標準):在60度的光澤度計上有25-35%的反射率。
撞擊:當如下測試結束后,涂層沒有脫落。
用一把鋒利的刀從涂層到金屬平行地刻下6道或者更多道口子,每條刻痕間隔1.5毫米。
以相同方式交叉刻。
保留影響為東92厘米/公斤,或者是對準金屬的裂縫。
用玻璃紙膠帶粘在刻痕上,然后猛力拉開。
應當沒有涂層掉下。
WATER TESTING
The completed roofing and siding installation shall be such that absolutely no water shall leak through. The Employer reserves the right to conduct water leakage tests on installed roofing and siding at any time during the installation.
Should any leakage be discovered during such leakage test. The roofing and/or siding shall disassemble to the extent directed by the Employer and joints shall be resealed with specified sealant or tape, and the roofing, and/or siding reinstalled. Joints shall be sealed as directed by the Employer on all subsequent panels.
Warranty
The Bidder shall furnish the Owner, upon acceptance installation, a written warranty that fluorocarbon organic coating has been applied in accordance with licensee manufacturers process instructions and under normal conditions; and it shall meet the following standards for a minimum period of 10 years (the Bidder shall state the number of years warranty and also the number of times he will replace any defective panels without charges of any kind):
Will not chalk in excess of ASTM D659 No. 8 rating. Chalk rating shall be determined by the procedure outlined in ASTM D659.
Will not change colour more than 5 NBS units as determined in accordance with procedures set forth in ASTM D 2244, after removal of external deposits and chalk.
Will not crack, check or peel (lose adhesion).
