The design work shall be performed in accordance with the following Chinese standards, specification or Reference Documents.  應根據下列中國標準、規范或參考文件開展設計工作。
If a specific standard, specification or Reference document is not listed herein, the Engineer shall identify the pertinent standard, specification or Reference Document to the Design-Builder.  如果某項具體標準、規范 或參考文件未列在本文中，業主工程師應為設計建造商界定相關標準、規范或參考文件。

The Employer review period commences upon the Engineerreceipt of the valid submittal or re-submittal and terminates upon the transmittal of the submittal back to the Design-Builder.  業主評審期自業主工程師接收有效提交項或再次提交項開始，在將提交項交回設計建造商時結束。

MEETINGS AND PROGRESS REPORTING 會議與進度報告
The Design-Builder shall anticipate periodic meetings with the EmployerPersonnel and other bodies as required for resolution of design and/or construction issues.  設計建造商應計劃與業主人員或其它團體進行定期會議，用于解決設計和/或施工問題。

The Design-Builder shall conduct all work necessary to meet the requirements associated with land surveying and survey mapping, including horizontal and vertical control surveys, topographic surveys, right-of-way surveys, bridge surveys, utility surveys, design surveys, construction surveys, as-built surveys, and all other land surveying services necessary to complete the Project in an accurate, neat, and timely fashion. 設計建造商應開展一切必要的工作來滿足土地測量與測繪相關要求，包括水平與垂直控制測量、地形測量、用地測量、橋梁測量、公共設施測量、設計測量、施工測量、竣工測量以及一切其它必要的土地測量服務，以便于準確、整潔、及時地完成項目。
