原水入口及泵送-中英版
投標設計基本與新的Niroth入口設計而非Chruoy Chang War二期現有的入口設計類似。通過挖掘和現澆打樁的方法進行施工。承包商應決定其是否采用此種施工方法或者向工程師提出其他方法，如：沉箱打樁（階段1期）或其他適當的方法。在入口做好準備階段II期泵的安裝。(共計270 MLD)
