廣交會能給國內外貿翻譯企業提供一個很好的拓展客戶、維護客戶和展示硬實力的機會，幫助直接或者間接獲取優質客戶和訂單。
一旦老板敲定展期及展位號，我們就可以安排展前邀約的準備工作：
我們可以通過郵件、網絡推文發出參展的消息以及展會的時間、地點及展位號等信息；然后做一份參展海報，包括一份展館平面圖，標注你所在的位置，讓客戶一眼就能看懂并迅速找到你的攤位。
展會前一個月通過郵件、私信等方式邀請客戶來參觀展位，并告知具體的展位位置和聯系方式。展會前兩周電話聯系重點客戶，詢問他們是否會來展會，順便了解他們的需求和興趣展會前一周再次確認客戶的到訪日期和時間，并提供行程安排和交通指引的幫助。展會期間在約定好的日期客戶沒有出現時，及時電話聯系客戶，并極力邀請他們到展位。展會結束后及時跟進客戶，并發送感謝信或禮品，并邀請他們訪問公司網站或關注社媒平臺。即使只有很少部分客戶應約而來，那些沒來的客戶也會經過接觸加深對我們的印象。它不是單純的產品信息的推廣，而是公司實力的一次整體宣傳。
