B. Passenger and Service Lifts:
B．客運和貨物電梯：
1. Frames:  Minimum 1.6 mm, stainless steel, bolted construction at all.  Provide full width frames entire thickness of hoistway walls.  Provide finish as described in the architectural drawings on all passenger lifts and service lift.

2. Door Panels:  Minimum 1.2 mm furniture steel, faced and edged with stainless steel, with 2 removable, fire type gibs located .3 m on center per panel.  Doors with heights greater than 2200 mm shall be constructed with interlocking stiffening ribs.  Provide all door panels with overlapping astragals and top and bottom fire safety retainer clips that mesh with the entrance jambs when in the closed position per ASME A17.1 Code.  Provide as described in the architectural drawings on all passenger lifts and service lift.

4. Sills:  Extruded “narrow” stainless steel sill at the Canal Level (Ground) and Level 1 (Street).  Extruded “narrow” aluminum sills at all other floors.  Provide “groutless” sill supports for all sills. Provide stainless steel sills at all the mechanical floors, Canal Level (Ground) and Level 1 (Street) for the Service lifts.  Provide reinforced sill support as required on all Service Lifts.

Fascia, Toe Guards, Dust and Hanger Covers:  No. 14 U.S. gage furniture steel with Manufacturer's standard dark color enamel finish.  Complete, floor-to-floor (entrance header to sill) metal fascia plates are required on all lifts.  Provide full height fascia, toe guards, and hanger covers where rear entrances are not provided.

6. Express Run Hoistway Fascia: Provide express run portions of the lift hoistways with continuous metal fascia to give less than a 12cm car running clearance between the car sill and fascia.

7. Struts and Headers:  Provide for necessary support of entrances and related material.  Provide door open rubber bumpers on each entrance support strut.

A. Car Frame:  Isolated type, constructed of Welded steel or bolted steel channel construction.  Design and construct to accommodate load classification requirements.  Provide Class “A” construction for all Passenger and Service lifts.

B. Car Safety Device:  Type B, flexible guide clamp type.

1.Car Door Hangers and Tracks:  Conform to specification on hoistway entrance hangers and tracks.  Equip doors with polyurethane tired hanger rollers.

2. Header:  Constructed of 5 mm thick steel shaped to provide stiffening flanges, securely mounted and braced to the car top.
