To identify typical frequencies (first resonance frequency of each axis) of the above mentioned
component, it is necessary to fill the test manifold with compressed air and to apply a 5 g stress in the
30 Hz to 1000 Hz frequency range.

further 15 million cycle at the found frequency.

Put the samples in a climatic chamber and pressurize with a steady pressure of 50 kPa. Test the
samples for 35 cycles at the temperatures indicated in the following diagram:

The Supplier shall comply with general directive of the Specification 9.01102 “QUALITY OF
SUPPLIES”.
3.1
Supplies for product qualification
The Supplier must produce the product quantity indicated in the purchase order attaching the required
Quality and Conformity Certificate (see Procurement Specification 9.01103); all the characteristics
required by the annexed "Specifications Data Sheet" shall be checked. No “non conformity” is allowed.
3.2
Supplies for the production
The delivered product must comply with requirements of drawing and this Procurement Specification.
When defining the production process to be followed and the test severity, the Supplier must consider
the classes of importance that Fiat gave to each characteristic which the requirements refer to (see §
4).
 
Note: During both product qualification and supply control, checks can be carried out on a component
that underwent non destructive  tests (indicated by NM in § 5); if the component underwent
destructive tests (M) it can no more be used for other tests or checks, unless otherwise
specified each time.
